A word on sickness/lateness ....

OK guys so we've had a lot of sickness lately. I understand that everyone gets ill from time to time. Some important points though:

-If you do not ring me before 8.30 (TEXTS DO NOT COUNT), it will count as a no call no show. These are unacceptable and will ultimately lead to your dismissal.

-If you are off sick, my targets don't change and therefore neither do yours. So if you are targeted 12 in a week and you take 2 days off, your target is still 12. Making sure you are in is the first step to smashing these targets and helping our charity partners.

-FROM NOW, anyone late by more than 10 minutes will not be allowed to work that day and you wont be paid. JUST BE ON TIME!!!

Team Leader Interviews ...

Ok guys I will be holding team leader interviews on friday of this week. Anyone is welcome to apply, please let me know by thursday at the latest if you wish to be considered for this role. The interviews will consist of questions and a small presentation (no longer than 5 mins) on the following topic - What is the role of a team leader, and what qualities should a good team leader demonstrate?
